Group Tour Information
With over 100 stores, the Outlets at Castle Rock is the largest outlet center in Colorado. The center offers a distinctive shopping experience at some of the best known brand names, such as Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Gap Outlet, Nike Factory Store, Levi's and Under Armour, Coach Factory Store, Ann Taylor Factory Store, Timberland Outlet Store, Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet and Liz Claiborne Outlet. Outlets at Castle Rock is conveniently located directly off I-25 just 30 miles south of Denver and 40 miles north of Colorado Springs, home to Garden of the Gods and the Pikes Peak region. A designated motorcoach drop-off area leaves passengers ready to shop and in close proximity to restrooms, complimentary wheelchairs and strollers, and an ATM. Motorcoach parking is easily accessible and plentiful.

Outlets at Castle Rock offers a number of amenities for bus drivers and tour operators, as well as group tour shoppers. Simply by notifying us of your arrival 24 hours in advance, you will receive a number of special perks and your group (15 or more people required) can receive red carpet treatment.

- $10.00 Gift Certificate Bonus for the bus driver and/or tour operator with advance group reservation*.

- Meet & Greet Services for your group with advance group reservation*.
- Shopper Savings Card for your group with advance group reservation*. Our Savings Card provides additional discounts and special offers at participating stores.
- Goodie Bags for your group with advance group reservation*. Items include promotional items and samples from our stores, plus special coupons.
- Food Services onsite in our Food Court and close by restaurants.
Convenient Curbside Unloading and designated parking areas for motorcoaches.
- Center Map Directories available at Guest Services in the Food Court. (These can be passed out to your customers with advance group reservation*.)
- Automatic Teller Machine for easy access to US currency.
- Restrooms located inside the Food Court and throughout the property.
*Advance group reservation = reservations must be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, services with "advance group reservation" noted above CANNOT be honored for bus drivers or tour operators who show up at our center without a minimum of 24 hours notice.
