Breakfast with Santa at Outlets at Castle Rock Raises $995 for The Help and Hope Center

WHAT: To celebrate Santa’s arrival, the Outlets at Castle Rock hosted a pancake breakfast at the Food Court on Saturday, December 4. Families flipped flap jacks with Santa and other holiday characters while enjoying a DJ and a photo booth. All donations benefited the The Help and Hope Center.

Breakfast was a $5/person donation to The Help and Hope Center or a donated item from the following list: toothpaste, toothbrush, toilet paper, feminine products, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hairbrush, bath towels. The Help and Hope Center collected $995 and had more than 87 pounds of toiletries donated.

WHY: The Help and Hope Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance to people in Douglas and Elbert counties who are in serious economic need, at risk of homelessness or in a similar crisis. They address immediate needs by consistently providing food and other necessities for homeless, low income and the working poor.
